Orders are dispatched between 1-2 working days and usually delivered within 6-10 working days from dispatch. Please beware that orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.

SHIPPING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

Please be aware of additional costs for duties and import taxes which are not covered by Go Dogo and have to be paid by the customer. Orders are dispatched between 1-2 working days and usually delivered within 6-10 working days from dispatch. Please beware that orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.

NOTE: If you order a product but choose to not pay the import duties and the product is returned to us, please note that Go Dogo will deduct the costs occurring for the shipment and return from the refund.

PICKUP AT GO DOGO

You are welcome to pick up your order directly from the Go Dogo office, during business days and hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00). You order is usually ready within 1 hour from placing it.
