RETURNS FROM CUSTOMERS BASED IN DENMARK
To start a return, you can contact us at help@go-dogo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and transfer the refund.
If you change your mind prior to delivery and choose to return the package by not accepting or picking it up, we will also issue a refund, but the shipping cost of 96 kr will be deducted.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Undelivered or Unclaimed Packages

Please note that you, as an EU-based customer, are responsible for the return process and we, unfortunately, can not cover return shipping cost. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and transfer the refund.

After your return is accepted, please ship the items clearly marked "RETURNED PRODUCT" to Go-Dogo ApS, Hjortekærsvej 64, 2800 Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. Please note that you, as an UK-based customer, are responsible for the return process and we, unfortunately, can not cover return shipping costs or any costs associated with importing products into the EU (import taxes, VAT, postal handling fees, etc.) for UK customers. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and transfer the refund.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY (APPLIES FOR ALL MARKETS)
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The recommended way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please reach out to help@go-dogo.com if you need assistance.
MEMBERSHIP
If you would like to return your Go Dogo (no later than 14 days after delivery) and have already purchased a yearly membership, your membership will be terminated at the end of the ongoing month. You will be refunded for the remaining of the year. The cost of a one month membership will be deducted from your refund.
